Instructions

  • Heat a large pan over medium heat and add the 2 tablespoons of oil.
  • Once the oil is hot, add the crumbled tofu to the pan and stir-saute for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the onion powder, garlic powder, turmeric powder, smoked paprika, salt, black salt, and black pepper to the tofu. Mix well and continue to stir and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, allowing the spices to infuse into the tofu.
  • Stir in the nutritional yeast, tahini, and oat milk. Mix thoroughly and cook for about 2 minutes until the mixture becomes creamy and well-combined.
  • Remove the pan from the heat.
  • In a separate pan, toast the sourdough bread slices on both sides with a touch of oil until they are golden and crispy.
  • Once the bread is toasted to your liking, generously spoon the creamy tofu scramble on top.
  • Drizzle Sichuan Chili Oil evenly over the tofu scramble for a spicy kick, and garnish with freshly chopped green onions for a burst of color and freshness.
  • Creamy Tofu Scramble is ready. Enjoy!
