Matcha Smoothie Bowl

Look no further, because I have the perfect recipe for you: a vegan matcha smoothie bowl. Not only is this recipe full of nutrients and flavor, it’s also easy to make and customize with your favorite toppings.
Matcha, a finely ground powder made from green tea leaves, is a great source of antioxidants and has been shown to have a number of health benefits. In this smoothie bowl, it pairs perfectly with frozen banana, and coconut milk (or plant milk of your choice).

Vegan Matcha Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
- 6 frozen bananas
- 1 tablespoon matcha powder
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (chilled)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or sweetener of your choice)
- Trail mix (as topping)
Instructions
- In a food processor (or high speed blender), add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Transfer to serving bowl(s) and top with chocolate trail mix. Serve chilled. (Do not spend 15 minutes taking pics like we do - it will turn a bit liquidy).
Notes
- Nutrition chart does not contain macros from the Trail mix.
- You can easily substitute bananas with frozen mangos, papayas, and berries.
