  • In a medium mixing bowl, add chia seeds + matcha powder + vanilla extract + salt + maple syrup + soy milk.
  • Whisk well to combine. Cover the bowl and let it rest for 20 minutes, or chill overnight.
  • Once chilled, give it a quick mix and transfer to a serving jar. Top with vegan yogurt and chopped strawberries.
  • Matcha chia pudding is ready. Enjoy!
