Mango Chia Pudding
Hi friends! Mango Chia Pudding is a simple, delicious, and healthy breakfast option that is easy to make and customize to your liking.
This recipe is made with just three ingredients: chia seeds, soy milk, and mango puree. The combination of the creamy chia pudding with the sweet and tangy mango puree creates a delicious and satisfying breakfast that will keep you full until lunchtime.
I topped it with some homemade granola (recipe here), and some more mango puree. Give it a try and let me know how you liked it!
