Vegan Chocolate Mug Cake
We all love a good dessert, but sometimes, the thought of making an entire cake or batch of cookies can be daunting. That’s where this vegan chocolate mug cake comes in.
To make this delicious mug cake, simply mix all of the dry ingredients in a microwave-safe mug. Then, mix in the wet ingredients and stir well until smooth. Pop the mug in the microwave for 2 minutes, and voila! You have a fluffy and delicious vegan mug cake.

Vegan Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1/4 cup soy milk (or your fav plant milk)
- 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, add all the dry ingredients - flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt. Mix well.
- Now add all the wet ingredients - vanilla essence, coconut oil, soy milk. Mix *really* well for 2-3 minutes or until the mixture is silky smooth.
- Add dark chocolate chips and give it a quick stir. Sprinkle some more chips on top. Microwave for 2 minutes.

I love your recipes but this might be my favorite. So easy to prepare! BTW, do you think this would work in a conventional oven?
Love this mug cake and Ive tried many!! I substituted monk fruit for sugar and applesauce for oil and used sugar free choc chips!! Worked great!!
