Add olive oil + chili oil. Once hot, add garlic and stir-saute for 1-2 minutes, or until they're nicely brown.
Add bok choy and stir-saute for 2-3 minutes or until the leaves wilt.
Add soy sauce. Mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes. Delicious garlic bok choy is now ready. Serve as is, or serve over rice, or with your favorite meal. :)
