Ultimate Fudgy Vegan Brownies Recipe

These vegan fudgy brownies are the perfect dessert for chocolate lovers. They are rich, decadent, and oh-so-delicious.
The secret to their fudgy texture is using melted vegan butter and cocoa powder. And the best part is that they are easy to make and require only a few simple ingredients.

Ultimate Fudgy Vegan Brownies Recipe
Ingredients
- 200 gm. dark chocolate (200 gm. = 7 oz.)
- 100 gm. vegan butter (100 gm. = 3.5 oz.)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 flax eggs (2 flax eggs = 2 tablespoons flax meal + 6 tablespoons water : mix and set aside for 15 minutes)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (cashews, pistachios, peanuts, walnuts, or your fav nuts)
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, add dark chocolate chips and vegan butter.
- Microwave for ~30 seconds, or until the butter is melted.
- Using a whisker, mix well until the butter and chocolate chips are combined.
- Next, add powdered sugar, instant coffee, vanilla extract, and flax egg.
- Whisk continuously until they're all combined.
- Attach a sieve to the bowl. Add all-purpose flour and cocoa powder.
- Using a spatula, fold and mix the ingredients together - until the batter comes together.
- Now add the chopped nuts and fold some more.
- Transfer the batter to a parchment-lined baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake at 170C (~340F) for 30 to 35 minutes, or until it's done.
- Fudgy brownies are ready. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes.
- Cut into 9 even bite-size pieces and enjoy!
