Rice Puffs Chatpate

Rice Puffs Chatpate

Rice Puffs Chatpate is a popular street food in Nepal and India. It is made using Puffed Rice, also known as Rice Crisps, which is mixed with various vegetables and spices. The dish is typically oil-free, making it a light and healthy option. It is also packed with veggies, providing a variety of nutrients and flavor. The dish is also spicy and crunchy in texture, making it the perfect snack to satisfy your cravings.

To make Chatpate, all you need to do is prepare your ingredients, which mostly involve slicing, dicing, and chopping the veggies. Once you have your ingredients ready, simply toss them in a large bowl, give them a quick mix, and you’re done!
