Mixed Berries Chia Jam

Mixed Berries Chia Jam
Ingredients
- 4 cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
Instructions
- Set a thick-bottomed saucepan over medium heat. Add the mixed berries.
- Stir well and bring it to a gentle boil. Using a masher, mash until the berries are soft and pulpy.
- Add maple syrup + chia seeds and mix well. Cook for 1 minute.
- Turn off the heat. Allow it to cool and transfer to a jar.
