Hi friends! You’ve got to try this delicious matcha protein smoothie.

Super refreshing and a perfect beverage to start your day.

I’m calling it ‘Desi’ because of a special Indian ingredient Sattu (roasted gram flour). You should be able to find them in any Indian grocery store. Please note: These are not the same as chickpea flour.

  • Blend everything in a blender until smooth.
  • Minty matcha protein smoothie is ready. Enjoy!

Notes

  1. The smoothie starts to turn dark almost immediately because of the mint leaves. So I suggest you consume it ASAP.
  2. Please use frozen bananas for a creamier texture.
