Instructions
Wash and soak the soy beans in a bowl for 8 hours or overnight.
Drain and transfer to your SoyaJoy Milk Maker. Add 6.5 cups of water (~1500 ml.). Place the cover and set it to 'Soaked Beans' settings.
The beep goes off after 36 minutes, which means your soy milk is ready. Let it cool down a bit and strain using a nut milk bag.
That's it. Homemade, preservative-free soy milk is done. Let it cool completely and transfer it to an air-tight jar. Refrigerate for 2 days (max 3).
